Sounds like Buddha.
It’s interesting that human beings tend to strive to become some sort of hero in order to subdue the fear of death. Allah says in the Quran,
The mutual rivalry (for piling up worldly things) diverts you. Quran 102:1
Until you go into your graves Quran 102:2
No matter what we do, to divert our attention away from death, it will certainly happen and we must prepare for it.
